Mr Kfir, CPA, is a businessman holding a EU citizenship.

Mr Kfir founded, invested and managed different companies since 2001.

Mr. Kfir has been working in Greece for several years including as board member and  Chairman of Plaza Centers, a listed Real Estate company with around EUR 1B balance sheet, that was among the 3 final bidders on the Helinikon project in 2014. 

In 2016-2017 Mr. Kfir worked with Hellas Capital Leasing including in Thessaloniki with a couple of large US funds.

Mr. Kfir invests in Greece, mainly in Thessaloniki and looks at different projects.

 Previously , Mr. kfir served as executive Chairman of GlobusMax, alarget cinema chain with over 1,000 employees, and  board member of several companies traded on different stock exchanges including Nasdaq, AIM, Warsaw & Tel Aviv.

In addition, Mr. Kfir was involved with the restructurings of several large corporations having EUR B’s in assets across EU and other locations. 

Mr. Kfir has been a featured speaker in different conferences and is mentioned in the economic press on various issues .

Mr. Kfir serves as chairman of the Jerusalem Mental Hospitals’s Friends Society and on several audit committees of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Kfir holds a B.A in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mrs. Orit Silbershtein, PM, Operations and Management

Orit has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Investment & Development, national and international sales, business development and the development of marketing strategies.

Orit heads the operation issues at the different VAR portfolio companies as well as serves as a PM responsible for certain cases such as Supper Dimension, Ducool, Acoustic Eye and more.

Prior to joining VAR Orit was working in Canada as the Operation Manager for Lansdowne Equity Ventures LTD in Canada, a Real Estate company.

Before that, she was working for 8 years with YL Realty Property Investment & Development Ltd., New York NY USA, a leading Real-Estate company. The Company owns large number of Residential and Commercial Buildings in NYC, NY state.  

Orit has managed the company’s sales, and marketing operations, as well as client relations, Established business relations with global Real-estate Firms and private investors, creating mutual investments in large number of assets around the city.

She previously worked with Center Real Estate Property Management Ltd.

A Real-Estate, and Property Management Company specializing in Commercial and Residential properties. Established and managed the company. Overlooking sales and marketing operations including strategic planning.

Thanos Charistos

Thanos Charistos was born in 1977 and graduated from the German School of Thessaloniki. He studied Law and Political Sciences at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained his master’s degree (LLM) in Commercial and Economic Law from the same university in 2002. He has periodically contributed articles to various publications for topical legal issues. During 2002-2004, Thanos worked as a legal consultant to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and then he practiced law in the office of his father “Ioannis Charistos and Associates”, focusing on commercial and civil law. In 2010, Thanos co-founded Primius Law Firm and since 2016 together with Giorgos Economou, are the managing partners of Nexus Law Firm. Thanos is a Supreme Court lawyer and has handled a wide range of civil, corporate and real estate cases with great success. He is, also, legal counselor to a number of companies and other legal persons. Thanos speaks German, English and Russian.

Office Manager

Sevasti Panteleiadou was born in 1980 in Thessaloniki and had graduated from the Musical School of Thessaloniki. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relationships and Development from the Democritus University of Thrace and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University of Cyprus.

Sevasti is licensed to practice the profession of the economist and also licensed as class b accountant-tax consultant.

From 2005 to 2010, she worked as a scientific associate in the political office of a member of the Greek Parliament. From 2010 to 2012, she also worked as a scientific associate of the Minister of State for Transport and Networks, engaging mainly in the implementation of the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) projects by the services of the Ministry (road, railway, port, transport). 

Since 2013, she works with the lawyer Mr. Athanasios Charistos, managing partner of Nexus Law Firm, in Thessaloniki, as Head of the Administration of Nexus Law firm. 

Since 2018, she provides consultation to foreign-owned companies, active in the field of real estate and hotel management, regarding the establishment and operation of daughter Greek companies, for the purpose of buying, renovating, restructuring and operating real estate as hotel companies.

Thomas Nikolaou founded First Class Real Estate (FCRE) in 2016.  FCRE provides customized services to meet the needs of both property owners and investors, covering the entire array of real estate services from property evaluation to complete property management.
